Stop Screaming, I'm Scared Too!! Patch

Stop Screaming, I'm Scared Too!! Patch — Honest Leadership at Its Finest

Because sometimes the person in charge is just as terrified — they're just better at hiding it.

This patch captures the universal truth of military leadership, emergency response, parenting, and basically every high-stress situation known to humanity. The person telling everyone to calm down? They're absolutely not calm. They're just louder. Whether you're a crew chief on your first night check, a boot lieutenant calling in your first fire mission, or a pilot who just got the Master Caution light, this patch is a badge of solidarity for everyone who's ever faked confidence while their heart rate was in the red.

Perfect For: Military leaders at every level, first responders, helicopter crew chiefs, anyone who's ever briefed a plan they weren't sure about, and people who believe honesty is the best morale policy.

Stop screaming. We're all scared. Carry on.
